Carer continues to work towards greater operating autonomy for its electric forklifts. The latest innovation is the use of supercapacitors, which are able to support the main battery.

During their operational use, forklifts face costly operations, which intensely stress their moving parts and components. For this reason, all the prototypes made by the Carer design departments are subjected to thermal tests with infrared cameras, in order to immediately discover any anomalies during handling activities. A further demonstration of the avant-garde achieved by the Carer production departments.

Recently Carer has collaborated with Curtis Instruments, a company that deals with integrated systems and solutions for electric or hybrid vehicles and equipment. The relationship between the two companies aims to improve efficiency in electric forklifts and return the same driving experience as an internal combustion truck: a challenge Carer accepted and won with the A/X forklift truck series.
